TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You are very welcome to join the Major Cities of Europe – IT Users Group !
Membership of the MAJOR CITIES OF EUROPE is open to every city in Europe, that values innovation and wishes to share its experience with colleagues from other countries. Usually members have more than 100.000 inhabitants. But often, ICT driven innovation starts in smaller Local Governments. They are welcome to join us. Each Local Government is represented by a contact person. Sometimes external companies take care of the IT of the Local Government. If so the contact person is part of the external company. In that case we would also like you to provide details of the company as well.
The membership fee:
400 Euro: Cities with less than 100.000 inhabitants
700 Euro: Cities between 100.000 and 500.000 inhabitants
1200 Euro: Cities between 500.000 and 1.000.000 inhabitants
1500 Euro: Cities with more than 1.000.000 inhabitants
For the new members the yearly membership fee is at no charge up to December 31st of the year of membership. The new members will be charged from the 1st of January of the following year.
Each member can resign. Resignation will become effective the year after the communication.
The membership gives access to all our activities, including the participation to the annual conference, the participation at the members lunch at the conference, the participation to the workshops.
