| Enterprise (between 16 and 50 employees): | 400 EUR + 19% VAT |
| Enterprise (between 51 and 200 employees): | 750 EUR + 19% VAT |
| Enterprise (over 200 employees): | 1450 EUR +19% VAT |
| Accompanying person (only evening events): | 150 EUR + 19% VAT |
| Students (only 20 seats, evening events not included): | Free of charge |

- – The participation of all conference sessions including catering for coffee breaks and lunch (not for accompanying persons)
- – The participation to the gala dinner and reception of the Mayor (not for the students)
