Biography
Gwennaëlle Costa Le Vaillant is Data, Digital and Smart Region Director within the Île-de-France Region. As such, she directs three major programs: data governance, digital transformation and the creation of digital services for citizens, economic players and territories and major innovation programs (French government, EU, etc.). These subjects of interest are data, digital, user co-construction, new uses for construction and housing, environmental responsibility.
