Biography
Javier Sancho Royo studied law at University of Zaragoza, receiving his Master in Marketing and commercial management in ESIC business school. He has extensive experience in managing complex projects and event organization. He worked during the sixth and seventh term in the cabinet of the Aragón Minister of agriculture and environment. He also had experience in management of European projects, and international trends. He collaborates regularly with the general direction of eAdministration and Digital Society.
